Fee schedule
Current vault fees, charged at the vault level and reflected in displayed APY: Stable Yield — 1.00% annual management fee, 10% performance fee, no platform fee, no exit fee. RWA Yield — 1.50% annual management fee, 10% performance fee, no platform fee, 0.10% exit fee. Network (gas) costs are separate and paid by you on every transaction. The fee schedule shown on a vault's page at the time you transact is the one that applies; changes for new deposits are posted there.
How UYield is paid
UYield earns a share of the fee streams generated by the vaults shown on the Interface, which are based on assets under management and performance. The infrastructure providers whose contracts the vaults run on receive a percentage of those fees. UYield's compensation therefore grows when vault deposits grow — a conflict of interest you should weigh when reading anything we publish about the vaults.
Curator relationships and compensation
Re7 (Stable Yield) and Arqitech (RWA Yield) are independent professional curators, not employees or affiliates of UYield. Curators are compensated from vault fee streams, including management and performance components, which gives them an incentive to grow vault deposits and reported performance. UYield selects which curated vaults to feature but does not direct curators' allocation decisions within their published limits.
Infrastructure relationships
The vaults are built on third-party vault infrastructure implementing the ERC-4626 and ERC-7540 standards. UYield pays these providers a share of vault fees, has no ownership stake in them, and receives no compensation from them. Provider names, contract addresses, and audit links appear in each vault's Technical section and on the Security page — the places you need them to verify what you are depositing into.
APY methodology
Every yield figure on the Interface carries one of three labels. Target APY: the curator's estimate for the strategy, shown until a vault has 30 days of history; it is not guaranteed and not a forecast of your return. 7-day and 30-day realized APY: computed from the change in the vault's price per share over the window, annualized, net of vault fees, excluding gas. We show no yield figure for vaults with under 7 days of history and no projections of future returns anywhere, including deposit previews.
Referral and affiliate terms
UYield currently operates no referral, affiliate, or points program and pays no one for user referrals. If that changes, this section will describe the program and its incentives before it launches.
Demo data
While the Interface displays a "Demo" or "mock data" notice, all balances, APY figures, TVL, and transactions are simulated for demonstration and testing. Nothing shown in demo mode is a live offer, a live price, or a record of any real transaction.
Official domains
UYield operates only at uyield.finance, app.uyield.finance, and getuyield.com. Any other domain claiming to be UYield is not us. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we never contact you first to "help you recover funds".
